• Context docs — the agent knows about your context library now: ask it to write or update a context doc and it lands in .raven/context/ instead of plans/, and it can tell you whether a doc is set to Always or Mention-only.

Fixes

• Plans in Build mode — a plan saved in Build mode shows as a plan card with an Open plan button, instead of an ordinary file row.
